At Loci Company we offer a range of web design services for small businesses. Whether you are looking for a simple site just to provide basic information about your company, or you want a more comprehensive eCommerce store to sell your products online, we have the right service package for you.
We provide a "one-stop" shopping for our customers. When you purchase our Web Service package, not only do you get a website customized for your need, you also get domain name registration, the right-to-use for a year of the domain, email service and web hosting. Depending on the package selected, the free service period varies.
Our web service package starts at $299. The typical turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks.

Web Site Starter Package - $299
If you just need a simple web site on the internet, the Web Site Starter Package is excellent in value. You may summarize your company information, e.g., a brief introduction of your company, address, telephone, email, hour of operation, how to get there, etc., for your customers. You may also include a brief product and service information and even some pictures.
This package includes design for a one-page static web site, domain name registration and the right-to-use of that domain for a year, web hosting and email service for the first month.

- Free-of-charge initial consultation session by telephone. The session may be conducted in person if customer is located in the Greater Toronto Region.
- Customer chooses from a variety of design layouts and colour themes for a one-page web site design.
- The one-page web site must be a static page. It may include a combination of image(s), text, and email links.
- Content materials (e.g., company information, pictures, and write-ups etc.) will be provided by the customer.
- This package includes domain name registration and a one-year right-to-use of the domain name ($20 value). This is not refundable.
- Other Terms and Conditions -
- A maximum of 10 man-hours effort is included in this package. Any additional effort may be subject to a service charge of $35 per man-hour.
- Payment - In full at time of signing contract.
- Refund Policy - A cancellation fee of $100 applies during the first 10 days. There is no refund after 10 days.
- Option(s):
- Additional web site page at $300 each
- Typing charge for second Language (translation not included)
- Chinese - at $100 per 100 characters or part thereof
- French - at $100 per page (minimum one page)
- Photoes - includes digital enhancement, if required
- Logo design at $100 per 4 hours
Small Business Web Site Silver Package - $1,000
The benefit of this package over the Starter package is that it includes three web pages. The site will look more organized as it may typically include a Home page, a Product or Service page, and a Contact page.
The Home page briefly introduces the company, the Product or Service page let people know what you offer; and the Contact page provides address, hour of operation, and direction information.
This package includes creation for three static web pages, domain name registration and the right-to-use of the domain for a year, web hosting and email service for the first 3 months.

- Each web page must be a static page but may include a combination of image(s), text, and email links.

- This package includes domain name registration and a one-year right-to-use of the domain name ($20 value). This is not refundable.
- Other Terms and Conditions -
- A maximum of 30 man-hours effort is included in this package. Any additional effort may be subject to a service charge of $45 per man-hour.
- Payment - In full at time of signing contract.
- Refund Policy - If for any reason, the signed contract needs to be revoked, a cancellation fee of $100 applies during the first 10 days. 50% refund applies after 30 days. There is no refund after 60 days.
- Option(s):
- Additional web site page at $300 each
- Typing charge for second language (translation not included)

Small Business Web Site Gold Package - $5,000
If you want an eCommerce store that is complete with a shopping cart and payment gateway, this package is for you. This package provides a turnkey operation which includes creation for up to 7 (static or interactive) web pages, domain name registration, and the right-to-use of that domain for a year, web hosting and email service for the first 12 months.

- The multi-page web site may include static or interactive web pages and a combination of image(s), text, and email links.
- Content materials (e.g., company information, pictures, and write-ups etc.) will be provided by the customer.
- This package includes domain name registration and a one-year right-to-use of the domain name ($20 value). This is not refundable.
- Other Terms and Conditions -
- A maximum of 100 man-hours effort is included in this package. Any additional effort may be subject to a service charge of $60 per man-hour.
- Payment - In full at time of signing contract.
- Refund Policy - If for any reason, the signed contract needs to be revoked, a cancellation fee of $100 applies during the first 10 days. 50% refund applies after 30 days. 25% refund applies after 60 days. There is no refund after 90 days.
